Can we live in the house while you work?
Almost always. We contain the work area, keep pathways protected and clean up daily. For whole-home projects we’ll sequence rooms so you always have livable space.
How dusty will it get?
Far less than you fear. Containment goes up before work starts and we vacuum-sand where the job allows. Dust throughout the house is the mark of a crew that skipped prep.
Do you do small residential jobs?
Yes — one room, one ceiling, one repair. Small jobs are how most of our long-term customers found us.

They were very respectful of our home and our schedule, did an absolutely beautiful job — and communicated daily about what to expect. A plumbing water damage mishap to our finished lower level meant repairing the entire ceiling: skim, sand, re-texture, paint — plus removal and reinstallation of ceiling fans, a chandelier, can lights, speakers and vents.
