Estimates
Estimates are free and carry no obligation. Written estimates are valid for 30 days from the date issued and reflect the scope described in them. Conditions discovered after work begins — hidden water damage, failed substrate, asbestos-containing material, structural issues — may change the scope, and we will discuss any change with you and get your approval before proceeding.
Workmanship warranty
We warrant our workmanship against defects for the period stated in your written estimate. If a covered defect appears within that period, contact us and we will correct it at no charge to you.
What the warranty doesn't cover
Normal wear and tear; damage caused by settling, structural movement, water intrusion or moisture problems originating outside our scope; damage from impact, abuse or improper cleaning; failure of substrates or materials supplied by others; changes in color caused by sunlight over time; and work performed or altered by anyone other than our crews.
Manufacturer warranties
Paints, coatings and materials carry their own manufacturer warranties, which pass to you. We'll tell you which products were used on your project.
Payment
Payment terms are stated in your estimate. Deposits, if required, are applied to the project total.
Scheduling and weather
Exterior work depends on temperature and conditions. We reschedule rather than apply coatings outside their specified application range, because a job done in the wrong conditions fails early.
